This isa one of a kind piece. It came from the archives of the James J Hill Reference library in St. Paul Minnesota, which was deaccessioned.

There were other tribute books from the Colorado Southern, Great Northern, and from aSt. Paul bank and the Arch Diocese of St. Paul.

After Hill passed away, the books were madefrommajor institutions that Hill was involved in to be given to Mary Hill and her children.

This was the only one from the Chicago Burlington & Quincy Railroad, given to Mary Hill.

Pages all done in handwithcalligraphy,eachpage with an onion skin tissueleaf . All pages are shown.Leather bound, and in leather slip case.
