Machzor for theShalosh Regalimper the custom of Reisin, Lithuania, Poland, Pihem and Mehrin, with commentaries in Hebrew and in Yiddish. Printed by Rabbis Chanina Lipa and Yehoshua Heschel Shapira, grandsons of the rabbi of Slavuta. Zhitomir, 1860

Sefarimprinted in the presses at Slavuta and Zhitomir are known to have special sanctity due to the printers being Admo"rim, sons and grandsons of the Rebbe Rabbi Pinchas of Koritz. Legend has it that even the printing tools and letters were immersed in a mikveh before beginning the work. As such, Chassidim would seek out machzorim from these presses.
