Amazing rarest find Authentic 1860 Pre-war Union Tintype of Thomas Stonewall Jackson 1/6 Plate in Union case,recovered with other personal effects in early 2025. included is an 1862 copy of a famous tintype that Shows Jackson looking somewhat tired and aged due to the demands of his brilliant leadership in turning the early tide of the American civil in the favor of the Confederacy. This is a previously undiscovered 1/6 plate in Union case Taken of Jackson in 1860 showing Stonewall wearing a double breasted Union overcoat with large eagle buttons,and a classic black slouch hat. During the war Jackson had lost most of his teeth and suffered from numerous illnesses do mostly to poor camp sanitation and the demands of being a major Confederate officer in the Famous Army Of Northern Virginia. During the analysis of the 1860 Tintype computer generated facial recognition software was employed to aid in the research, and positive Identification of the pre-war Tintype was achieved.
