This unit is fully functional, well cared for, and includes all original major components and accessories as shown in the photos (the complete works). The certification indicates a 2003 issue, making this a desirable and authentic example for collectors or practitioners.

The Hubbard Professional Mark Super VII Quantum E-Meter is widely regarded as one of the most refined and responsive E-Meters ever produced, featuring enhanced sensitivity, digital/analog hybrid display, and precision controls for accurate readings.
