of extremely heavy and thick copper, entirely handmade by a highly skilled craftsman/artisan who was likely Jewish because the Hebrew letters are gorgeous and beautifully executed. All the English and Hebrew letters are in high raised relief, they were made by exquisite hand hammered work from the inside. Was originally painted black. Measures 1 foot, 8 inches high by 8.75 inches wide. No damage or repairs. This was made to hang on a wall, there is a hole on the bottom flanked by two tabs/lozenges. This is at least 100 years old. Truly unique.
