I couldn't find one name that didn't turn out to be an important part of history in some way or another. My favorite name was John F Kennedy, who is on the dinner committee.Two areas "folded":Inside only front cover (more so a scratch) vertical entire cover.Bend about 2/3 down.
Blue ink "daddy" next to Chas. "Sandy" Chapman's name.
Stain on back cover (inside & out)
Shows wear & tear associated with its age.
