Concorde Air FranceModelThis Concorde model in Air France livery by Executive Display Models is a large scale 1:36 scale fibreglass and resin composite example, mounted on a chrome plated stand and produced in England, circa 1990.
The model represents Concorde, the Anglo French supersonic passenger aircraft, capturing the distinctive delta wing and tapered fuselage that defined its design. Finished in the Air France scheme, the piece reflects the commercial identity of one of only two airlines to operate Concorde.

Executive Display Models specialised in producing large scale fibreglass aircraft for airlines, travel agents and corporate Environments. Models of this type were produced as display pieces during a period when Concorde represented the forefront of commercial aviation.
Concorde first flew in 1969 and entered service shortly after, operating at speeds of approximately Mach 2. Jointly developed by the British Aircraft Corporation and Aérospatiale, it remained in operation with British Airways and Air France until its withdrawal in 2003.
Original display models produced during the operational life of Concorde are increasingly difficult to source, particularly examples of this scale and construction.
The model remains mounted on its chrome stand and retains its original finish and markings.
