This is my opinion to be the oldest soccer card for a professional soccer team in the world. The oldest soccer club is Sheffield FC 1857 and Stoke Ramblers 1863 Changing their name to Stoke Football Club 1878! Wikipedia then states under kit and crest their first strip was navy and cardinal hoops and changed to black and blue hoops. In the card is a navy ship cardinal color border around the ship and a black and blue scroll! History entries from the UK don’t seem to document years as good as what I can find unless I were to travel to England and do my own research. So with what I can find with opinions from other soccer researchers I claim this as the oldest soccer card in the world for a professional soccer team. i.e. Real Madrid FC 1902, Barcelona FC 1899, Juventus 1897, AC Milan 1899.
