DESCRIPTION:Seize your opportunity to own a fancy pair of Ray Anderson swan neck theme spurs with spotted spur straps. Here are a pair of very nice double mounted and highly collectible swan neck spurs by a well-known maker. The shanks display the swan's head and long neck on engraved silver appliques while the outside heel bands have large diamond shaped and half diamond incised silver plates and the inside heel band has a single engraved half diamond. The silver heel buttons are floral incised and there are tooled leather straps with basket weave pattern accented with bright metal studs. A great pair of spurs!
MAKER: Marked RAY ANDERSON 303. Ray Anderson (1928-2020). Anderson crafted more than 1500 pair of spurs in his lifetime and his works are highly collectible.
APPROX AGE: Fairly Modern.
SIZE:The heel openings measure 3 1/4 inches with a 1 1/4 inches wide band and 2 1/2 inches shanks overall.
CONDITION: Good for their age with normal wear and minor imperfections expected. Please look closely at the pictures as they are an important part of our description and are hereby incorporated into the description, specifically with regards to condition.
