This scale is Very sensitive the beam moves with very little touch seems like you could weigh a dime. It would weigh something very light or something very heavy like a large Cheese round or Witch. It's very well made the pointer was lost over time but I have a piece for it. This scale would look great hanging in a winery/cheese room it would be a show piece or a top piece in any museum.
