· Condition: This Lakota Beaded Dance Club shows some loss of bead work on the wooden handle that has a slight bow. The tips of the pointed stone show some minor chips. For the advanced collector, it is ready to display in your home and/or museum. Please see photos.

DETAILS

This Lakota Beaded Bi-Pointed Dance Club has at least two pictographs that were painted on the stone. One is of a rider on a four-legged animal (a horse I believe with buffalo horn headdress), while the other is a of a unknown rectangular figure just to the left of the animal. (Please see photo #3 and look at the brown image on the right side of the pointed stone. The animal is facing to the left.)

The center of the stone shows signs of a previous antique attachment that is now partially covered by the beaded circular band that holds the stone in place.

NOTE: This Native American artifact is legal to buy/sell/own under the U.S. Statute covering cultural patrimony Code 2600, CHAPTER 14.
