Magicians Le Grand David collection of 70+ items, including many early items, programs, booklets, magic magazines with them on the cover, caricatures from books, promotional items and several autographed items. I had a chance to meet Marco and David at the 2010 IBM convention in San Diego, and it was one of the most thrilling moments of my life. I was dressed in costume (tall hat, 1800s-style) after my performance on stage at the San Diego showcase, and afterwards, I went into the Dealers Room for fun. There I came upon Marco and his entourage. He asked me to perform for some children in his group, so I made coins appear and disappear for the children. It was so much fun, because the kids reacted great and Marco was smiling big-time. A few weeks later, I got a package from Le Grand David. It was a copy of their newspaper, and there was a photo of me performing with Marco in the background smiling. I’m still smiling right now, just thinking about that moment. Wow! He passed away a few years ago, and the show was discontinued.
