Though several ought to exist, this is the only known existing complete original Dilbert 1999-2000 TV series animation key cel set-up that shows Dilbert originating Khaby-Lame's now most famous hand gesture. It's so simple! The office worker and manual laborer united for a model Boss. Khaby-Lame himself repeatedly acknowledges that he learned his hand gestures from watching TV cartoons in 1999-2000. Here's the key one! Reasonable offers will be considered.

First, this Dilbert animation includes three hand-painted production cels (including one cel as the hand-painted animation background), all as seen on television 1999-2000. Each of these 3 cels is 10½ x 12½ inches, which together appear as a 7½ x 9½ inch animation image in an 11 x 14 inch matte.

Second, tThis lot also includes the original hand-drawn pencil production guides for each of the three cels. Each of these three production drawings is 10½ x 12½ inches to match the cels. These pencil guides are separately drawn animation production artwork all by themselves.

The television animation artwork was manufactured by Adelaide Productions.

Dilbert comic strips are now being pulled from many newspapers on claims that Dilbert's creator, Scott Adams, made a racist tirade on-line. Will the Dilbert 1999-2000 TV series no longer be rerun? What was good enough for Khaby-Lame to learn from over 20 years ago, irrespective of what its creator is thought to think, should be good enough to see.

This Dilbert TV Series animation is ripe for someone to make a MFT (Managed Transfer File) out of it. Neither a MFT, nor the Khaby-Lame item pictured, is not including in this lot. All scans are ©2023 by abctoo (Oakland, California) except for any images of Khaby-Lame.
