There’s some mystery to this piece as I am not the original owner. I obtained this from the family of a large estate in West Palm Beach Florida. Its purpose and manufacturer are unknown to me as It appears to have a camera or motion sensor in its belly but it’s under the boxing shorts? I can't find anything comparable to this anywhere. Tested and works perfectly (please see video)
