This is a very rare and unique bronze statute and original rouge marble and wood carved pedestal that is made in circa 1872 . This rare bronze is made by famous French artist who is several prize winner :Chapu Henri Michel(1833-1891 Paris).He has won bronze Madallion for this bronze statue. On the rouge marble it reads:MR .A.LEREBOURS- SOUVENOR AMITHE-23 JULLEI. 1884.A.E.This size Jeanne d'Arc bronze is one of the tallest ,very hard to find and rare according to bronze books.This is done by most famous French Fondeur factory Barbedienne that is signed with original stamp reads on the lower part of the bronze:F BARBEDIENNE FONDEUR-On factory plaque reads:REDUCTION MACANIQUE -A COLLAS ,and the signature reads:L. Chapu. The bronze has magnificent details of Jeanne d'Arc with an small purse.The total height of bronze is approx: 27" by:21" in base diameter with total height with turn able marble and hand carved wood is:73" with wood base diameter of:28 1/2".The original bronze and the pedestal that is special made for this particular bronze belong to circa 1870's.Both pieces are in very good condition except some black paint loss on the lower part of wood pedestal that can be easily done by paint touch up.This fine bronze has been obtained from fine estate in BEVERLY HILLS CALIFORNIA .For delivery charge within 25 miles radius we charge $200.00 for delivery including insurance or pick it up free from our location in Beverly Hills,California.NAMED RECENTLY THE BEST 5 STAR ANTIQUE SHOP IN BEVERLY HILLS,CA
