This piece of original art is part of a very unique history. When the set was released in 1996, there were a total of nine promotional cards that could be redeemed to receive the painting featured on the card art. One of those cards was pulled from a pack in the city of St. Louis at a shop, called the Fantasy Shop in 1996. The customer that opened the pack redeemed the art and then sold the original art to the owners of the Fantasy Shop. The Painting stayed on display from 1996 through 2022. As a longtime customer of the Fantasy Shop, I had always wanted to own the painting. Now Cloud 9 Comics And more LLC has purchased this piece of original art and is now offering it for sale.

Another thing that makes this particular piece of art unique is that out of all of the promotional cards that were offered to redeem for the original Art this is the only piece to be featured on the box art and pack art. This means that this is the most prominent piece of art featured in this set as it was used for promotional materials, packaging materials, and as a redeemable card that was part of the original contest to win the original art.
