One-of-a-kind vintage Bugs Bunny & Elmer Fudd four page story!

This is a unique vintage series of 4 printing plates of Bugs Bunny & Elmer Fudd from 1955. The story is entitled "The Petrified Carrot" and is a classic Bugs & Elmer story. I have paired the original printing plates with the matching comic pages actually printed from these very plates over 50 years ago to make one of the most unique collectibles that you will ever find. This is a vintage one-of-a-kind piece of American comic history.

I will frame and mat this "museum quality" piece or offer unframed (frame cost credit) if you prefer. Note: The Plaque shown under the framed title page will be for the correct story. This is just set up for display.

Only one printing plate was made for each comic page and normally these were melted down after the comic was printed. These are four of only very few to have survived the melting pot. This is one of two complete four page stories that I have available. The other is Daffy Duck with Elmer.

This printing process is no longer used today so no more of these will ever be made. Overall size of each plate when framed with the comic page is approx 14" x 18". Be sure to check my other sales for others available.
