This antique author’s jug - reward «Red Army. Budyonovets. Kharkiv» - rare handmade ceramic product made in USSR, 1920s in Oposhnia (завод художественной керамики «Опошня»), Ukraine.

On the sides on one side depicts the coat of arms of the USSR: Sickle & Hammer and Star, on the other - Budyonov frontier guard with a rifle and a dog and the inscriptions "ХАРКІВ" - city in Ukraine, and "РСЧА" (Робітничо-Селянська Червона Армія - Рабоче-крестьянская Красная армия, РККА) - Workers and Peasants Red Army.

At the bottom of the jug is the author's signature.
