Created in 2002 to commemorate the 190th anniversary of the French Tricolore Flag, symbol of liberty, equality and fraternity, and emblem of the Revolution. Only 14 were made by Montblanc's Ateliers Prives artisan workshop, exclusively for the French market. One of Montblanc's most harmoniously-designed skeleton pens, and a worthy tribute to Gallic ideals of honor and justice.Solid 18K white gold lattice inset with Tricolore Flag in 104 precious-cut sapphires (.51 carat), diamonds (.45 carat) and rubies (.57 carat). Medium 18K rhodium-plated gold nib engraved with an image of l'Arc de Triomphe.
The fountain pen offered here is unused, in pristine condition. Pen comes with outer sleeve, outer box, display box, booklet, gemological certificate.For privacy reasons the exquisite limitation/serial number **/14 will be revealed to the concerned Buyer only.
