This large 16 1/2 x 22 inch inch document is for the sale of 75 acres in Round O, SC near Pon Pon (Edisto River). Wilson Cook lost the land due to not being able to meet a bond obligation because he is deceased and it is being sold by Thomas Osborn the Sheriff of Charleston District. The description of the location of the property puts it in the Round O area bounding John Postell\'s property, etc. Postell\'s home site is shown on the Mills Map of 1820 of Colleton County. Christopher Williman of Charleston is listed as the purchaser. There are several signatures on the document including the Sheriff, Thomas Osborn. It is in good condition for it\'s age but there is a hole near the bottom of the document on the left side. Shipping includes insurance & tracking.
