No feet Pez WHITE PAINTED FACE This Pez is 70 years old. Has eye brows.
The stem is yellow and patent predates the 2.6 patent number.
One of the first character Pez dispensers ever produced. Features steel pin in head.
This is a piece of history .
The head is tight , plastic is shiny, no melt marks.
The sleeve is clean white.
The stem has no melt marks, cracks or chips.
This one is for the collector.
Looks fantastic on display.
Back of head states Walt Disney productions.
Does not have origin of production.
