A vintage signboard for gasoline manufacturer Esso.
I got it at a general store in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
This is a cute signboard of Oil Drop Boy, also known as Esso-kun, who has been loved for a long time!
The year of manufacture is unknown, but Esso-kun is an official ESSO character.
It seems that it was only used from 1959 to 1964.
This sign is unusually in very good condition.

The size is approximately 76cm in diameter.
The metal (enamel) plate is about 2mm thick and shipping
