This exceptionally rare Louis Vuitton pour Veuve Clicquot Pétanque Set was acquired personally by me at Veuve Clicquot in Reims, France in September 1999.

This luxury French collectible combines Louis Vuitton craftsmanship with Veuve Clicquot's iconic branding and was produced during the LVMH era. Over the past 25+ years, I have never encountered another example in person.

Included:

• Louis Vuitton pour Veuve Clicquot leather pétanque carrier

• Three chrome-finished Veuve Clicquot pétanque boules

• Original wooden jack (cochonnet)

• Original Veuve Clicquot cloth

• Original Louis Vuitton paper tag still attached

The leather carrier is embossed:

and also marked:

PARIS

Made in France

The carrier features Louis Vuitton-branded brass hardware and premium natural leather construction.

Condition:

This set has never been used and has remained in my personal collection since acquisition in Reims in 1999.

The leather remains beautiful and supple with excellent color and structure. Stitching is excellent throughout. Hardware remains bright and clean. Most importantly, the original Louis Vuitton paper tag remains attached.
