These are doors and cells that came out of the original Wyoming Territorial Prison in Laramie Wyoming that Butch Cassidy, Eliza, Big Jack, William Wilcox and more stood behind these bars. The prison was built in 1872. These are a great piece of history. These would make a great addition to a new home being built, wine cellar, a man cave, wild west collection. These are the only cells and doors on this earth that are available for sale out of the Wyoming Territorial Prison. I had plans for them, those plans have changed. Whoever buys these will have the only prison doors available to the public that Butch Cassidy stood behind. I was contacted by the prison once upon a time to buy them back, but we were unable to reach a price. I owned a metal recycling business, and the city of Laramie was conducting a city wide clean up. The pieces were brought to my place of business for recycling, weighed and were paid for. I thought they had historical value, so I put them aside and saved them. The prison closed in 1903 and was given to the University of Wyoming. The prison was reopened for tourism in 1991. I believe there are a couple doors that came out of Albany County jail that are historical as well. These will have to be picked up locally, in Laramie
