The Palms released $10 and $200 Silver Strikes from 2002 - 2009. Did you know that the Palms hosted a Silver Strikers Tournament in June 2009?
In order to win a $200 silver strike, a player must win 20 $10 strikes from the casino and turn them in to the cashier. Most $200 strikes are a limited edition with the numbers on the edge.

What is a Silver Strike?A Silver Strike, is a Limited Edition Gaming Token which is won from a special slot machine and is in a protective plastic holder. People from all over the world collect these unique gaming tokens. There is also an official club where people buy, sell and trade Silver Strikes. The first Silver Strikes were won from special slot machines in the Reno/Tahoe area of Nevada in 1992. The tokens have been issued with redeemable values of $2, $3, $7, $10, $20, $28, $40, $200 and $300. The most common denomination is $10.
Some Palms History:The Palms Casino Resort is located at 4321 Flamingo Road, Las Vegas, Nevada which is near the famous Las Vegas Strip. The Palms project was first developed by the Maloof family. (Owners of the Sacramento Kings, NBA - from 1998 to 2013, Houston Rockets, NBA from 1979-1982, and currently a minority owner in the Vegas Golden Knights, NHL.) The Palms opened on November 15, 2001. It was the on site location for MTV's "The Real World: Las Vegas" in 2002 and is a popular location for celebrities tovisit.The world famous Playboy Club was in operation from October 2006 to June 2012 on the 52nd floor of the Fantasy Tower. It was the first official Playboy Club in the United States since 1988. InMay 2016, Station Casinos purchased the Palms and began a $620 million renovation. The Palms Casino Resort is the location of a variety ofrestaurants,nightclubs, lounges and the Pearl Concert Theater.
