An extremely rare and limited Dragon Ball promotional postcard distributed in November 1984 through the Akira Toriyama Preservation Society, the official fan club founded by Akira Toriyama during the early 1980s.
This postcard represents one of the earliest pieces of Dragon Ball promotional material and exclusively distributed to fan club members, preceding Dragon Ball's debut in Weekly Shonen Jump no. 51 and even preview in no. 50.
Items distributed through the Preservation Society were available only to registered members in Japan and were produced in low limited quantities, making surviving examples significantly rarer than Weekly Shonen Jump magazines. Together with Bird Land Press issue #15, this postcard is considered one of the cornerstone artifacts documenting the birth of Dragon Ball.
