Description Offered for Sale is this Beautiful Wedgwood Etruria England Blue Transferware Plate of "Wadsworth-Longfellow House", Portland ME. The rear of the plate has the stamp for the name of the plate, a verse from Longfellow and Wedgwood Etruria England. In addition, there is the stamp for Jones, McDuffie & Stratton, Boston. The firm adopted the name shown on the plate in 1871 and stopped making historical plates in the 1950's. The word Wedgwood in impressed in the bottom of the plate (not England also). The date mark 3U dates the plate to 1918. This Lovely Wedgwood Collectors Plate would be a Great Addition to any Vintage / Antique Porcelain Collection.

Size: Width 9 1/4"

Condition: - Good Overall Used Condition. The plate displays light scratching on the front surface. There are a few minor nips to the outer rim which I have attempted to capture in the photos. There are no cracks or repairs. Please see the pictures to view the condition of the item for yourself.
