The product is an extremely rare antique framed albumen print / photograph by Felix Bonfils titled "The Wailing Place of the Jews in Jerusalem." (Western Wall). "Mur Ou Vont Pleurer Les Juifs." This 1870 photo of Jews at The Wailing Wall in Jerusalem. One of the earliest known photographs of the region and it's population. The photograph itself measures approximately 8.5 x 11 inches and the frame is approximately 16 1/4“ x 13 1/4“. This historical and culturally significant photograph captures a moment in time at a significant location in Jerusalem, making it a valuable and sought-after collectible for photography enthusiasts and history buffs alike. This rare albumen print is in overall very good antique condition there appears to be two flaws one by the “Bonfils” name and one towards the bottom center of the photograph both are photographed in the two last pictures. I believe the smudge above the name is a result of a flaw on the negative. having seen it present on the few images I could find of this print.
