Gorgeous Large 19th-century French Pair of Napoleon III Style Ewers.
The Ewers - Figural Gilt Bronze and Rouge Griotte Marble. The gilt bronze handles in the shape of maiden or mermaid with methalogical masquerons. Both sides of the ewer with large man masks surrounded with garlands. Heavy ornate gilt bronze bottom on square red rouge griotte bases.
Size: 26 1/2" ( 67 cm ) height, 9" ( 23 cm ) width, 11" ( 28 cm ) depth.
Condition: very good.
Very heavy, each ewer weighs 38 pounds.. The pair will be shipped in separate boxes.
