This is a chair / settee from the final sale at the famed Ambassador Hotel in Los Angeles.
Known for the world famous Cocoanut Grove nightclub and the site of the Robert F. Kennedy assassination, the Ambassador Hotel is a legendary part of LA/Hollywood history.
I bought this piece from the final sale of items at the hotel in 2005.
The wood frame and foam are in good shape, and the chair is very comfortable, material is in fair/good condition with what look like some cat scratch marks on the side and back.
