antique monumental & exquisite antique French Old Paris hand porcelain Vase with scrolling double handles, the vase decorated with front hand painted plaque of Arabic motif depicting Arab warrior & traveler with camel taking a fresh water respite with local young beauty who is graciously providing a drink with half naked breast. A sensual & intricate subject matter, where the warrior is holding a golden bracelet behind his back to present the gift to a stranger beauty. The back side hand painted with amazing floral bouquet, with cobalt blue background with lion faces, putties & satyr masks. Cobalt blue background decorated with gold leaf criss-cross net design & scrolling foliate décor. The vase supported by four white feet, with intricate green color snakes under each plaque.
Overall good condition, some gold leaf rubbing, professional restoration to the lower portion of round support where the snakes head slides downward.
