Measures approximately: 14" long x 7.75" wide UNFOLDED COMPLETELY OPENED

Condition: I was taking photos under fluorescent light and using my cell phone instead of my good camera, so coloring may be a little off. The paper has been folded, so it's creased in several areas. Has yellowed, browned, and faded due to age. Some blue colored staining on the letter in places. I think the paper may originally have been green or blue.Any defects not mentioned but visible in the pictures will be considered as "described".
