This is a 12-inch by 16-inch concept art board featuring the only four known 1975 ToppsStarsky and Hutch trading cards.

David Soul would have been #1 in theseries, Paul Michael Glaser was intended to be #2, and there are two actionshots, one of Starsky (i.e., "Starsky’s Gamble") and one of Hutch ("The FatalShot"), which showcases the iconic red and white Grand Torino.The first season of Starsky and Hutch (1975) recorded a #16 overall rating along with a 22.5 Nielson Share, making it one of the top programs in the United States.These prototypes are affixed to the concept art board along with Topps' originalheader above it. The size is 2.5 inches by3.5 inches for each card and the color is as nice as they day they werecreated.

ORIGIN:

Obtained directly from an executive and board member of the Topps Shorin family along with an extensive collection of proofs, concept prototypes on art boards, test issues, promotional sheets, 3-card advertising strips, original art, company documentation, uncut sheets, uncataloged production products, mock-ups, demos, variations, banquet sets, type 1 photographs, and many other one-of-a-kind pieces. The entire collection was purchased in 1995 and stored carefully since.

The two pieces sold to date were a display prototype for a 1978 Star Wars card storage locker and an art board with 1973-74 Topps Basketball Test Super cards, which were individually removed from the art board and encapsulated by PSA:
