RARE METER: 10/10 - Cannot and will not find this or any of the others on my account anywhere else. Deep web searches going back 20 years have less than 5 ever surfacing between the 1940’s and 1960’s!!!

CONDITION: Front and back cover has some discoloration, scuffing and blemishes. Corners have wear in the form of light discoloration (yellowing) as well as edge bumping (rounding, small creases or crimps). Please refer to extensive images provided for your own satisfaction. Overall: VERY GOOD!
