An original WW1 Australian battalion unit history titled "The Old Sixteenth - Being a Record of the 16th Battalion, A.I.F. During the Great War 1914-18". This was written by Capt. C. Longmore and published by the History Committee of the 16th Battalion Association, Perth, 1929.
This is an original 1st Edition with brown hardcover boards. It is in excellent good condition, tightly bound with foxing only visible on the inside board covers. There is no foxing on the internal pages as can be seen in the photos. This is a highly sought after battalion history.
This book has been part of my WW1 Australian battalionhistory collection which I'm now having to sell reluctantly.
