This very rare, vintage collection of the one-run, 2002 series includes 26 American cities, Starbucks headquarters and three U.S. commemoratives! 30 pristine mugs in all!
Each city mug shows:
- The skyline of the city;
- The name of the city on the front of the mug;
- The name of the city on the handle of the mug; and
- The most well-known phrase of the city (see word cloud) inscribed on the inside of the unique mugs (all designed by the same artist) represent what is best about each of these American cities! The pieces and their skylines come in an assortment of blues, greens, grays and black - even one in casino coin red! It's a clever, elegant and timeless series, an impressive collection andthe only rare series of Starbuck mugs in existence.

Very, very few of these mugs exist today - Less than 100,000 Barista II Skyline Series mugs were ever sold. Each city mug was only sold in the city it depicted. This collection was accumulated between 2002 and 2003 by traveling to and having an adventure in every city depicted, then buying the mug!
