Authentic natural malachite ore.Appears to be semi-polished, and features chrysocolla crystals.Has sticker that reads \"Made in Zaire\" , meaning it was mined & polished in the Republic of Zaire in Central Africa.Has a few imperfections due to its natural shape from mining (see photos).Weighs in at 12 pounds & 14 ounces, translating to 5840 grams.Approximate dimensions are 9\" long, 6.5\" wide, and 4.25\" tall.

Our shipping price is based in the use of lots of shipping material to avoid any damage to the product. However, it doesn’t mean that a damage won’t happen.

INSURANCE AND / OR REFUND

If your item arrive with damages due the shipping process, we are happy to reimburse you.

The reimburse can work in two ways:

TOTAL REFUND: A total refund ONLY will happen if the item was completely lost or damage in the way that it can’t be used anymore. To have a complete refund you need to ship the item back, including the broken pieces and send pictures of the broken item and pictures from the packing box. The costs of the return belongs to the buyer. A total refund also can happen if you don’t like your item. In this case the return of the item is also mandatory.

PARTIAL REFUND: A partial refund will happen if only a part of your purchase was damage due the shipping process. The value of the partial refund will be agreed between buyer and seller. To proceed with a partial refund, the buyer need to send pictures of all damage pieces and the packing box and material. Also the buyer needs to keep the damage pieces and packing material until the process is finalized.
