I am pleased to offer from my private collection this important historical antique Empire Pre-Revolution Era Royal presentation18k solid gold ladies Crown shapedring with the originalpresentation surprise Easter egg boxc1880's.
This ring has been awarded personally by Empress Maria Feodorovna to her maid of honor Countess Evgeniya Nikolaevna Adlerberg.
The ring comes from her family estate.
The ring is decorated with a huge 1.7ct (7.8mm in diameter) old mine cut Diamond with snow white G color,SI2 clarity.Surounded by Rubies.A lot of sparkles.The sparkle of old cut diamonds is deeper and warmer, almost glowing in a way that draws the eye into the stone instead of bouncing the light back out. This makes old cut diamonds star performers in candlelight and other low light settings.The ring is hallmarked with the master's kallmark "K Ф" and with "7 2" hallmark for 18k gold. Scratched with the inventory number.
