Signed in ink on the backRaymond from Auntie PaulineThis is a great vintage ValentineOn the front look at the hat, there is a small hole and it appears that tassel would have been dangling here. This would account for the makers tape on the inside. Easily replaced.
Great colors with minor smudging discoloration and fraying.
