Hi, I'm sorry you feel that way, why didn't you just email me so I can make sure your satisfied with the purchase. The cooler is brand new and has been on display with cans in it, just to show what it looks like filled. I would of returned your money, less shipping charges and let you keep it. I would never say something is new when it is not. I should of looked at it harder, since it was hanging in my trailer. Would you like me to refund you at least $20 for the inconvenience?
