Star Wars Episode IV:A New Hope LE Print New Orleans Mardi Gras Yoda
Back in 1977long before Mondo posters came onto the scene an artist in New Orleans thought it would be a great idea to do a print featuring the beloved Jedi master, Yoda, sitting on a street sign enjoying a drink for Mardi Gras. Normally Lucas would have sent a fleet of lawyers after the creator for selling the unlicensed visage but that is not what happened. When Lucas\' head of security made a trip to New Orleans a couple of years later he found the poster and brought it back to George Lucas. Lucas was so amused he did not have his legal eagles go after the creator for copyright infringement.
Now days these posters are incredibly hard to find with it often going for years before one surfaces for sale.
This poster is a guaranteed original and in very good rolled condition with some minor handling marks mostly in the lower border. These are not at all distracting.
