Rare Handle Style. Ive been unable to find another like it. Perfect working order - Serviced 3 weeks ago. Inherited from my Gpa. He left me instructions to sell it. Someone else will use it better. He\'d be glad for that.
Jean Renet is a Swiss National better known for his watch making. CLOCK CASE : Solid brass with no blemishes or tarnish. The rear door opens and closes with satisfying precision! Size medium height 11cm without handle width 8cm depth 6 cm. Case is in excellent condition. I estimate the clock to be approx., 1970 · MOVEMENT : Beautifully engineered classic French movement Obis. The escapement is the original Swiss 11 jewelled lever escapement works perfect. The movement should not now need servicing again for years. · DIAL : White Enamel with roman numerals in excellent condition spade steel blued hands. Dial signed Jean Renet · G LASSES : All bevelled and made of high quality optical glass I think all are in excellent original condition.
