This listing is for a Victorian tintype portrait of a man in a framed/mattedDaguerreotype half case. This case is missing the back, as this portion has the original hook closure. Tintype shows some small scratches hard to see unless right under the eye. It is framed with the original frame and tine backing/matting. The glass is also original and will need a cleaning. Shows wear due to age as seen in images. Great piece of history and for the photo or Victorian collector.
